In Copenhagen, like previous events, Sponsors will be offered two opportunities to promote their Company:
- Classical sponsoring with extended visibility possibilities (item 1,2,3,4)
- Hospitality Rooms (item 5)
- Delegate Rates (Item 6)
As per previous events, PCIC will continue to promote our Sponsors via our social media channels, throughout the conference year build up, right until the opening of the Copenhagen Conference. This increases the visibility of the Sponsors brand to our audience and the social media following. As our PCIC energy brand grows then so does the Sponsors in respect of association. We see this effort as effective in encouraging delegate attendance to PCIC Europe events and hence an opportunity for sponsors to connect with both existing and new customers, this is in addition to sponsor listing on the PCIC Europe website and branding of conference material distributed at the event itself.
We recognise that each company has its own policy on Sponsorship and hence we offer three levels of engagement for our PCIC Energy Europe event, namely Silver, Gold & Platinum.
The Sponsor commits to not take more than 10 Delegates outside of the Hotel.

What is also included?
During Conference lunch and coffee breaks, PCIC is offering the Silver/Gold/Platinum Sponsors the possibility to increase visibility by displaying their activities on a Table for you to display your products. Platinum sponsors will have a Prime position, all sponsors will be positioned close to the Refreshment Area.
Restrictions: All sponsors will be expected to provide a small pop up or display/Banners to show case Company. You will be given a table as part of the package to demonstrate any products or literature. It is not allowed for any audio/verbal presentation from the Sponsor company. This can only be done if you host a Hospitality Suite.
The Small Booth organizers shall also register for the conference, only one delegate guest is allowed for general support, included in the sponsor package. The sponsor booth will be positioned at the coffee break location, all the attendees will have a direct access to your team.
PCIC Conferences are the perfect platform for one-to-one meeting chats with delegates, arrangements for these meetings shall be managed by the sponsor company.

Include your company logo (electronic in .png format) and the internet link to your company’s website for display on the PCIC Europe website according to your sponsoring level.
2) Company representatives fee reduction package
During PCIC Copenhagen we offer our Sponsors the possibility to order Company representative/Delegate fee package against reduced rate.
- The sponsor representative package (3 delegates) – €2’300
- Package for 5 delegates – €3’700
This includes entrance of 3 or 5 company representatives during the PCIC event. This offer is only available until the end of January. Names must be added by 1st May 2026 and will not be possible for name transfer.

For companies that confirm their sponsorship for conference levels (Gold/Platinum) we offer the following additional Sponsor branding possibilities during the evening networking event.
- Tuesday 2nd June 2026 – Evening Welcome Drink – €4’000

3) Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
We are always looking out for our Sponsors and how to maximize their exposure. Once the social side of our PCIC Event in Copenhagen has been confirmed, we will notify you if we have further sponsorship opportunities to share.
4) PCIC Special gift
Companies are invited to distribute a special gift of their logo to all attendees on arrival or during the welcome reception on the Monday evening prior to the event starting.
The Sponsor must inform PCIC Energy of what they intend to offer as a gift at latest end of
February 2026. Sponsors are invited to delegate one person from their company to stand at the registration desk before the conference begins and distribute the gift in person to the Attendees.
Sponsors are responsible for storage of their gifts.
- The Special Gift Sponsorship package will cost – €2’000
Please, be aware: Distribution of gifts not preliminary accepted by the PCIC Executive Committee is forbidden. Gifts shall be suitable for air transit, refer to the Government of Denmark for Guidance.

5. Hospitality Suites
Rooms are available on floors within easy access to each other and will be available for 1 night only in the initial stage until the opportunity has been opened to everyone.
Details will be provided under separate cover upon expression of interest.
- Hospitality catering is not part of the PCIC Sponsorship.
This will be a separate contract between Sponsor and the hotel.
- Hospitality suites will be offered to Platinum Sponsors first and cannot be held without a completed booking form.
Gold Sponsors will be invited as of 13th January 2026.
Silver Sponsors will have the opportunity to reserve a Hospitality Suite on any remaining rooms as of 1st February 2026.
- Sponsorship invoice MUST be Paid within 30 days of signing up. No outstanding payments are allowed prior to the event starting.

- The hospitality suite organizers shall also register for the conference,
only 1 marketing representative allowed for general support.

6. Delegate Rates.
